We root around people’s bathroom cabinets, join them on nights out with their friends, look into their diaries and online worlds and stop them in supermarkets.

We also enjoy good old chats with them around their kitchen tables and in their local cafés and pubs, as well as in viewing studios around the world. We’ll do anything — well, almost — to understand people better. All our projects start with a great deal of thought about how best to get answers to our clients’ queries. Each project is different and specific techniques are always chosen on merit, because we think they’ll help us understand people better. There’s no ‘one size fits all’ or bells and whistles when they’re not required. We’re also continually assessing how we interact with people as the way we live changes.
